Project completion dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

6. Property Conditions and Liability

Customers are responsible for identifying or disclosing:

• Irrigation systems

• Septic systems

• Invisible pet fences

• Private utilities

• Underground wiring

• Other concealed site conditions

Apex Landscape Group LLC is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing property damage

• Hidden or improperly marked utilities

• Unknown underground obstructions

• Delays caused by weather or circumstances beyond our control

• Plant, lawn, or landscape failures caused by drought, flooding, pests, disease, improper maintenance, pet damage, or watering deficiencies

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, marketing materials, and designs, is the property of Apex Landscape Group LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
